CEEZER And ERM Partner To Deliver Streamlined Carbon Credit Solutions For Clients

CEEZER, a leading high-quality carbon credit platform, and ERM, the world’s largest specialist sustainability consultancy, are joining forces to provide ERM clients with access to carbon credits that complement their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction strategies and sustainability goals.

This partnership comes as demand for high-quality carbon credits is expected to intensify. According to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), among companies surveyed that currently purchase and retire carbon credits, 65 percent expect to increase these activities in the next five years.

Under this collaboration, ERM will leverage CEEZER’s state-of-the-art digital platform to create the ERM Carbon Credit Portal, offering clients comprehensive carbon credit portfolios and robust portfolio management solutions.

This will be complemented by ERM’s extensive range of services, including carbon market strategy, due diligence, project site visits and biodiversity, social, political or nature assessments from ERM’s local specialist teams.

“We are thrilled to partner with ERM, a leader in sustainability consultancy,” states Magnus Drewelies, Founder and CEO of CEEZER. ”This partnership marks a significant step forward in our mission to make carbon markets more accessible and impactful, leveraging ERM’s vast experience to bring greater value to our clients.”

In addition, ERM has made a strategic investment in CEEZER, underlining its commitment to help scale the market for carbon credits and supporting CEEZER in further expanding its data-driven solutions for transparent and effective carbon credit procurement.

“Clients are increasingly turning to the voluntary carbon market to complement their decarbonization efforts,” says Alexander Cox, Head of Carbon Markets at ERM. “As this market evolves, trust and transparency are crucial. By partnering with CEEZER, we provide a platform that combines our expertise with CEEZER’s digital capabilities, ensuring strategic access to carbon credits. This collaboration helps clients make informed decisions that support their net-zero ambitions.”
