Under a newly announced partnership, Netherlands-based company Scature is set to streamline its carbon credits transactions with the Catalyst software product developed by Cloverly.
Created as purpose-built commerce software, Cloverly’s Catalyst platform helps carbon removal project developers and suppliers manage and drive carbon credit sales.
The tool enables a full life cycle carbon credit management, providing suppliers with access to multiple global sales channels where they can offer these issuances to interested buyers.
For Dutch company Scature, this partnership is expected to improve the user experience for its clients, boosting the organizational efficiency and setting the stage for future operational scaling.
Founded in 2024 by Bart van Beuzekom and Robert Smits, Scature connects high-quality, nature-based carbon removal initiatives with corporate buyers working on net-zero goals.
It specializes in building CO2 removal portfolios that not only deliver decarbonization results but also contribute towards environmental improvements, creating benefits for communities and local ecosystems. The credits offered through its platform come from CO2 storage in land, oceans, rocks, or within bio-based building projects.
Scature is collaborating with projects centered around abandoned farmland restoration, multistrata agroforestry, perennial biomass production, and similar nature-oriented initiatives, while also partnering with a network of carbon farmers positioned in different geographies around the world.

By joining forces with Cloverly and adopting the Catalyst platform, Scature will now be able to streamline the carbon credit transactions by automating the purchasing and fulfillment processes while reducing operational bumps and accelerating buyer timelines.
This upgrade will also enhance the reporting and transparency of projects, allowing buyers to access verified data and impact insights in real time.
When it comes to buyers, the Catalyst product will enable a more efficient onboarding of new purchasers, bringing nature-based projects access to a broader global audience.
Led by a vision that nurturing the health of both people and the planet should be the standard, Scature hopes that this optimization will pave the way for scaled carbon transactions in the future.
