Ahead of COP27 in Egypt, an event is bringing together innovative climate tech founders to connect and push the conversation for climate action. The ClimateTech Founders Summit is a virtual event taking place from the 1st to the 2nd of November 2022, gathering more than 1000 founders, investors and ecosystem leaders to discuss urgent topics of the day.
The two-day summit aims to share innovative perspectives and provide attendees with unique opportunities to connect with fellow disruptors, creative businesses and impact-driven leaders.
Some of the speakers are Tim Schumacher, General Partner at World Fund, Julie Gosalvez, CMO at Climeworks, Clay Dumas, Managing Partner and co-founder of Lowercarbon Capital, Evan Hynes, Co-founder and CEO of Climatebase, Lubomila Jordanova, CEO and Co-founder of PlanA, and others.
The ClimateTech Founders Summit is brought together by 1014 Inc. – an independent US not-for-profit, in partnership with Impact Hustlers. The entrepreneurs and change-makers are invited to discuss how technology and entrepreneurial action can become crucial drivers in fighting climate change.
As policymakers are lacking the ambition to implement tangible, life-changing measures to solve the climate change issue, people from the industry are responsible to create those solutions and help people implement them.
The summit is an important stage for founders to share their inspiration, ideas, knowledge, and experience that are so critical in today’s fast-changing world where the need for a net zero economy is pressing with urgency.
