Leaders in the carbon dioxide removal (CDR) industry Carbonfuture,, Pyreg GmbH, and SYNCRAFT have joined forces in a groundbreaking move to increase transparency in CDR tracking. 

The unique partnership signals the establishment of an industry ecosystem, which is now coming together to ensure complete transparency on every step of the carbon removal process, from setting rigorous standards to issuing high-quality carbon removal credits. 

With the help of this initiative, Carbonfuture,, Pyreg, and SYNCRAFT all endeavor to revolutionize the space by combining real-time Internet of Things (IoT) data with an existing standard and a digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) system. 

This will allow businesses and corporations to confidently invest in CDR, and will provide carbon removal suppliers with access to real-time insights into their projects, enabling them to stay on top of the quality and management of their projects. 

Through this partnership, the companies, each through its own unique strengths, will help establish a scalable digital infrastructure for CDR, which is imperative to meeting global climate objectives and reaching gigaton scale of carbon removals. 

As one of the leading carbon removal Standard and Registry bodies, will provide a set of criteria and requirements for the quality assessment of carbon removal projects.

And last but not least, all of the above efforts will come together in Carbonfuture MRV+, where the data will be collected and made available to suppliers and to for verification and certification. 

Furthermore, Carbonfuture will also market the verified CO2 Removal Certificates (CORCs) via its own Marketplace.
