Carbon removal trailblazer Carbonfuture and the Economist Impact platform have teamed up to deliver a Carbon Removal Spotlight segment to the jubilee 10th edition of Sustainability Week, set to take place in London in March 2025.

The two organizations have entered a strategic partnership with the goal of bringing carbon removal closer to leaders and decision makers from the corporate sphere, aiming to catalyze interest and corporate action for this promising decarbonization approach.

As part of the collaboration, the Carbon Removal Spotlight will be hosted at Sustainability Week, an event organized by Economist Impact, leveraging the vast event planning experience of Carbonfuture, who has successfully set up a Carbon Removal Summit for two consecutive years.

Sustainability Week 2025 will bring together corporate leaders from different operational backgrounds.

The event will see participation from business figures who are in charge of shaping sustainability scenarios in their field of work, including Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs), and Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs).

Attendees will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with various climate action pathways, with the Carbon Removal Spotlight highlighting CO2 removal as a practical solution towards net-zero targets.

This effort further solidifies Carbonfuture’s leading role in helping businesses adopt carbon removal in their sustainability strategies.
