Carbon Clean, a pioneer in advanced carbon capture technology, has secured a strategic partnership with Julius Montz, a leading global engineering firm.
This collaboration completes Carbon Clean‘s supply chain for its innovative CycloneCC technology, including the recently unveiled columnless C1 series. This significant milestone brings Carbon Clean closer to the full commercialization of its groundbreaking solution.
Through this strategic agreement, Montz will provide critical packing technology for Carbon Clean’s rotating packed beds (RPBs), a key component of the CycloneCC system.
Montz’s high-performance metal packing, when combined with Carbon Clean’s proprietary APBS-CDRMax solvent, significantly enhances the efficiency of CO2 capture.
Beyond supply chain support, Montz will actively collaborate with Carbon Clean’s R&D team to further optimize the design of CycloneCC, ensuring its adaptability to evolving market needs.
Additionally, Carbon Clean will leverage the extensive capabilities of Koch Engineered Solutions to drive innovation and accelerate the commercialization and scaling of CycloneCC.

Montz will manufacture the RPB packing technology at its facility in Hilden, Germany. The global network of Koch Engineered Solutions will facilitate efficient distribution of the packing, ensuring timely delivery to various project sites.
CycloneCC’s modular design, with prefabricated and skid-mounted units, simplifies installation and integration, making it a flexible and scalable solution for various industrial applications.
