The Industrial Carbon Management Forum (ICM Forum) recognizes the critical role Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) plays in achieving climate goals and maintaining industrial strength.

To address this, the ICM Forum has launched a new CCU Working Group (WG) focused on accelerating the adoption of CCU solutions and implementing key actions outlined by the ICM.

This WG will tackle crucial issues by identifying structural hurdles and regulatory roadblocks hindering CCU development, while proposing solutions to overcome them.

Anastasios Perimenis, the Secretary General of CO2 Value Europe, will co-chair the WG alongside industry leaders Elena Leonardi from Cefic and Malgosia Rybak from Cepi.

The ICM Forum’s fourth edition will be held in Pau, France on October 10th and 11th, 2024.

All CCU stakeholders are invited to join the already impressive group of 300 participants. To register, simply send an email to ener-ccusforum@ec.europa.eu.
