BlueLayer To Provide dMRV & Project Data Infrastructure For Puro.earth - Carbon Herald

Puro.earth has partnered with BlueLayer to bring carbon dioxide removal (CDR) suppliers a further streamlined process for monetizing from their activities.

Under this partnership, BlueLayer will provide its digital monitoring, reporting, and verification (dMRV) services and expertise in project data infrastructure to enhance Puro.earth’s platform for CDR suppliers.

With this collaboration, CDR suppliers will now be able to faster access income from their high-quality carbon credits through a simplified and more reliable verification process than the one used so far.

BlueLayer is a company powered by a team of climate, software, and fintech savants with a keen interest in carbon markets.

Through its innovative software platform, BlueLayer provides carbon removal suppliers with a tool that automates and centralizes data gathered across the full lifecycle, starting from project design and due diligence all the way to reporting and credit issuance.

Its system integrates machine, sensor, and operational data, providing CDR developers with a time-saving method for organizing, visualizing, and sharing data from their projects with stakeholders like buyers and investors.

On its mission to aid carbon project developers, the company has created methodology-specific templates that enable CDR suppliers to submit standardized data for a speedy verification.

By joining forces with Puro.earth, this BlueLayer system will now be seamlessly integrated within Puro.earth’s infrastructure, allowing suppliers to access an accelerated and trustworthy pathway to issuing carbon credits.
